What happens after you submit

We review your request. A consultant reads through your details and checks the scope against our service offering.
We follow up if needed. If anything is unclear, we’ll email you a few short questions so the quote is accurate rather than generic.
You receive a written quote. Your quote sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and any assumptions, so there are no surprises later.
You decide in your own time. There is no obligation to proceed, and we don’t chase. If the timing isn’t right, we’re happy to stay in touch.

How we prepare your quote

Every engagement is different, but our quoting approach stays the same:

Fixed fees where possible. For well-defined work we quote a fixed price, so you know the full cost before you commit.
Transparent inclusions. The quote clearly lists what is included, what isn’t, and anything that could change the price.
Right-sized to your business. We scope work to suit small businesses and sole traders — no padding, no unnecessary add-ons.
Clear timelines. Each quote includes realistic start and completion timeframes based on current availability.

If you’re not sure which service you need, that’s completely fine — choose “Something else” in the form and describe the problem in your own words. We’ll suggest the most suitable approach.
